Please, notice that we have two amendment no 7's. However, Amendment no. 10 corrects this.
Amendment #11
Evidence Warehouse
The purpose of this solicitation notice is to acquire information from Contractors who have expertise and capability to provide an Evidence Control and Storage Facility on a fast track basis. Detailed requirements and instructions will be provided through a formal solicitation. A formal solicitation will be released in January 2008.
A Pre-Solicitation Conference will be held on Friday, January 4, 2008 at a location to be announced and will consist of a briefing, followed by an open question and answer session. At the conference, the Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) and the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) will provide an overview of current issues, uses, capability, needs and constraints.
It is requested that interested parties submit no later than January 18, 2008, a response that includes, but is not limited to, a capability statement; questions; and recommendations for the solicitation. The responses should be submitted to evidencewarehouse.ocp@dc.gov. If you cannot submit to that address, you may submit your response via mail our courier to The Bid Room, 441 4th Street, NW, Suite 700S, Washington DC 20001, Attn: MPD Evidence Control and Storage Project. A Pre-Solicitation Conference will be held on Friday, January 4, 2008, 10:00 at 441 4TH Street, Washington DC (map), 11th Floor, Conference Room 1107 at 10:00 am and will consist of a briefing, followed by an open question and answer session. At the conference, the Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) and the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) will provide an overview of current issues, uses, capability, needs and constraints.
